Shine Bright Tea

The herbs traditionally used in our Shine bright tea blend can be supportive of skin and hair health to help you shine your brightest. One of the key herbs horsetail is seen traditionally used for its high silica content- great for hair and nails, this blend is an all round super star. 

Ingredients:

Burdock: Burdock is known as one of the best cleansers. It is especially identified with helping skin conditions such as acne, eczema, boils, psoriasis and cysts.

Nettle: Nettle is recognized as one of the great cleansing herbs and has been widely used for rheumatism, gout, kidney stones and skin diseases, especially eczema.

Dandelion: Helps support healthy liver function, aids kidney and urinary tract health, and can help soothe and calm occasional stomach upset.

Hibiscus: Hibiscus is high in vitamin C, antioxidants and it helps to modulate inflammation. Hibiscus is a demulcent, which means it coats mucus membranes and helps to provide deep hydration. 

Horsetail: Horsetail supports long and healthy luscious hair, strong nails, and collagen production within the skin. Known as a beautifying herb, this plant also deeply assists the kidneys, promoting fluid balance. Horsetail is rich in minerals including silica, phosphorus, iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, and potassium.

How to use:

Seep 1 heaped teaspoon for 10mins in hot water, sip and enjoy!

Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
