Delivery and Returns

Orders can only be sent within Australia at the moment. We aim to fulfil your order within two business day of receiving your order. We will ship via Australia Post, which can take 2-7 business days to arrive.

Tracking your parcel

Once your order gets dispatched, we will email you a tracking number to be used to track your delivery (http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html)

Missing Parcels

If your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take us time to receive an answer from the Australia Post Investigation Team. Unfortunately, these Australia Post timeframes are uncontrollable, and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will give a full refund on the price of any product purchased when the product is faulty and returned to us. We do this in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-used and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at dandylionorganic@outlook.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
