Cramp Bark Body Oil

Cramp bark comes from the Viburnum Opulus or Snowball tree. It’s a beautiful tree that has big flowering balls of white flowers in the summer. But it’s the bark that has been popularly used for it’s pain and tension relieving and antispasmodic properties.

Cramp bark as the name suggests is great for muscle spasms of all types;

• Menstral Cramps

• UTI and bladder pain

• IBS and stomach cramps

• Dry spasmodic coughs

• Muscle spasms

• Restless legs

• Tension Headaches

Suitable for any skin type, if irritation occurs discontinue use. 

Ingredients:

Organic Jojoba oil, wild crafted cramp bark, trace amounts of vodka used during preparation 

How to use:

Use the roller to apply the oil and massage into any sore spots, continue massaging in oil with fingers if preferred. Let it soak in. Reapply as necessary.  

Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
